Flavours

All cakes are freshly baked using the highest quality ingredients including British organic butter, unrefined sugars, 100% organic cocoa, free range eggs, Belgian couverture chocolate and Madagascan vanilla pods.

Flavours include:

  • rich fruit cake with Jamaican rum soaked fruits
  • Madagascan vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and Madagascan vanilla buttercream
  • chocolate mud cake with dark Belgian chocolate ganache buttercream
  • zingy lemon with organic lemon curd and fresh lemon buttercream
  • and moist carrot cake filled with fresh lemon buttercream

All cakes are covered in marzipan and sugarpaste. Whilst sponges do not have added nuts unless otherwise stated, there may be nut traces present within the kitchen. Rich fruit cakes contain alcohol. The cakes contain gluten and dairy and at present I do not cater for special dietary requirements.
